Refund & Cancellation

How refunds and reschedules work.

We want every session to be useful. This policy explains what happens if you need to reschedule, cancel, or request a refund for the ₹1,499 Revenue Leakage Discovery Call.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your session once, free of charge, if you let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. To reschedule, write to amit@revenuepulseai.com with your booking details and your preferred new time. We will confirm the new slot within one business day.

Cancellation before the session

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, the fee is non-refundable — the slot has been reserved for you and cannot be reassigned in time.

No-shows

If you do not attend the session at the scheduled time and have not informed us in advance, the fee is non-refundable.

If we cancel

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel from our side, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a time that suits you — whichever you prefer.

After the session

Because the diagnostic call delivers real findings and a written summary during and immediately after the session, refunds are not provided once the session has been completed.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. The exact time the refund appears in your account depends on your bank or card network.

Payment and refund processing

Revenue Pulse / AKS Consulting does not store sensitive payment credentials. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

If a refund is approved as per this policy, the refund will be initiated through Razorpay or the original payment method wherever possible. Final credit timelines may depend on Razorpay, the bank, UPI provider, card network, or other payment intermediary.

How to request a refund or reschedule

Write to amit@revenuepulseai.com with your booking details (name, date of session, payment reference). We respond within 2 business days and confirm the next step.

If your situation does not fit neatly within this policy — emergencies, technical issues on your side that prevented you from attending — write to us anyway. We will look at it case by case in good faith.
