These terms apply to anyone booking a paid diagnostic session, advisory engagement, or any other service offered by Revenue Pulse, operated by AKS Consulting (Proprietorship), Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By booking a session you accept these terms.
The ₹1,499 Revenue Leakage Discovery Call is a 45–60 minute working session conducted online over video. During the session we review how your business currently wins revenue and identify where it is leaking across leads, follow-up, sales conversion, quotation tracking, pricing, and revenue visibility. You receive a verbal walk-through and a written summary of the gaps and recommended next steps.
Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received in full. Slots are limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-booked basis. Once your slot is booked and paid, your time is reserved exclusively for you. Pricing is in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments for Revenue Pulse services may be collected through Razorpay or another approved third-party payment gateway.
By making a payment, you agree to share the required transaction details with the payment gateway for payment processing, confirmation, invoicing, and refund handling.
Revenue Pulse / AKS Consulting does not store sensitive payment credentials such as card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password, or wallet credentials.
Any payment failure, duplicate debit, delayed confirmation, or gateway-related issue will be reviewed in coordination with the payment gateway. Revenue Pulse will provide reasonable support, but final settlement timelines may depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or card network.
Our work is advisory. We provide observations, analysis, frameworks, and recommendations based on the information you share with us. We do not guarantee specific revenue, growth, or financial outcomes. Results depend entirely on how you act on what is recommended and on factors outside our control, including market conditions and the quality of execution within your business.
You agree to share accurate and complete information about your business during the session. The accuracy of our diagnosis depends on the accuracy of what you share. You agree to use any frameworks, templates, or recommendations we provide only within your own business — they may not be resold, republished, redistributed, or shared with third parties without our written permission.
What you share with us during a session is confidential. We do not disclose your business information to third parties without your permission, except where required by law. By the same standard, we may share generic, non-identifying observations (for example, "many B2B businesses we work with see X") in our content and marketing.
The Revenue Pulse name, six-pillar framework, dashboards, written materials, and methodology are the intellectual property of AKS Consulting. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the recommendations we provide within your own business.
Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a paid session is limited to the amount you actually paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or any session will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
